SILVER BAY STABLES

My name is Zaide. I’m a born and raised Sitkan and grew up loving horses. I got my first horse at age 17 and shortly thereafter attended Meredith Manor Equestrian School where I trained in teaching, jumping, and dressage. I've also spent many summers as a camp counselor in Whitehorse, Canada at Heart Bar Ranch. For the last 10 years I’ve been providing lessons for youth in Sitka. I enjoy giving others an opportunity to grow their love and appreciation for horses! We also currently having Tara Smith that grew up hanging out with the horses of Sitka through the years and has been helping out at Silver Bay Stables almost from the beginning.
